Job summary

Beach Baker is seeking a Director/Associate Director/ Chartered Surveyor for its Hospitality Valuations team in Leeds. Hybrid working, with coverage across Yorkshire, the North and wider UK. The role offers up to £65,000 base salary plus car allowance, commission and benefits.

You will deliver high-quality valuation advice on hotels and hospitality assets, manage lender panels, and lead private client advisory work, with career progression and market exposure.

Qualifications

• MRICS designation required or in process for hospitality valuations.
• Experience in hospitality sector valuations or strong willingness to specialise.
• Strong client-facing and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality valuation advice focused on hotels, hospitality assets and going-concern valuations.
• Prepare RICS Red Book compliant valuations for bank lending and investment purposes.
• Lead bank instruction engagements and advise on portfolio and corporate valuations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders, investors and operators across hospitality real estate.
• Provide advisory support to private clients on hospitality assets.

Are you an MRICS Registered Valuation Surveyor looking to join one of the most respected specialist valuation teams in the UK?

Our client is looking for a Director or Associate Director to join its market-leading Hospitality Valuations team. Based in Leeds and covering Yorkshire, the North and wider UK instructions, this is an outstanding opportunity to work within a specialist sector, advising leading banks, investors, operators and private clients on some of the industry's most exciting assets.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation advice, primarily focused on:

• Hotel valuations
• RICS Red Book valuations of going concern assets
• Bank lending instructions
• Portfolio and corporate valuation assignments
• Private client advisory work

The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with lenders, investors, operators, accountants and professional advisers across the hospitality and operational real estate markets.
