Job summary

Travelodge Cambridge Swavesey is seeking a Hotel Supervisor to lead and train the team, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and rooms are prepared to gold standards. The ideal candidate has management or leadership experience and a passion for delivering excellent hospitality.

You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and support a friendly, family-feel environment at our busy hotel. Join us to develop into management roles through our Aspire Programme.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team and train staff.
• Strong guest service focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the team to ensure guests receive a warm welcome.
• Ensure rooms are prepared to gold standards and housekeeping quality is maintained.
• Support hotel operations and guest satisfaction initiatives.
