Job summary

Travelodge Sunbury M3 is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor on a full-time contract. You will lead a team to ensure bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard and provide constructive feedback.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and enjoy developing others in a busy hotel environment, with a friendly, supportive approach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a hospitality or housekeeping setting.
• Ability to give constructive feedback and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team to ensure bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to team members to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
