Job summary

Travelodge Mansfield is seeking a Hotel Supervisor on a part-time contract to lead and mentor a friendly team, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and rooms meet Travelodge’s gold standards. The role offers flexible hours and a supportive, family-like team environment.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and enjoy developing others through our Aspire Programme, with opportunities to move into management roles as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hotel or service team.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Flexibility for part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the team to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and rooms are prepared to gold standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.
• Support progression through the Aspire Programme toward management.
