Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a part-time hotel staff member to clean and remake rooms after guests depart, report maintenance issues, and assist with deep cleaning. You will audit and restock laundry, beverages, and maintain a friendly guest-facing persona.

As part of our team you will welcome guests, check them in, handle enquiries, and ensure front of house is safe and tidy at all times while delivering warm, memorable service across our country pubs.

• Sufficient spoken and written English for safety and allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.

This position is for a part time house keeper, where your job role will be to clean and remake hotel rooms on guests departures, report any maintenance issues to your line manager, assist with regular deep cleaning. Help to audit and restock clean laundry, restock beverages and maintain a friendly persona to our guests, making their visit as memorable as possible.
