Flaming Grill is seeking a Hotel Night Porter to help create memorable moments for guests, from checking in to recommending drinks after a long day. You’ll join a fun, inclusive team where you can grow your skills and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

In this role you’ll greet guests, handle check-ins, answer calls, and respond to guest enquiries while keeping front of house safe, legal, and spotless. A good command of English and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

As Hotel Night Porter, you'll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you're checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you'll keep the good times flowing.
