Job summary

Greene King’s Flaming Grill in the United Kingdom is seeking a Hotel Night Porter to look after guests during the overnight hours from midnight to 7am. The role includes cleaning duties and other tasks with full training and support provided until you feel confident.

You will greet guests, assist with check-ins, answer telephone enquiries and ensure the front of house is safe, clean and welcoming. Strong English and a proactive team player mindset are essential for success.

Job Description

As a Hotel Night Porter you will be responsible for looking after the guests and building in overnight hours from midnight till 7am. There will be cleaning duties and other tasks to complete but full training and support will be given until you feel comfortable.

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
