Job summary

Greene King’s Flaming Grill is seeking Hotel Staff to help create memorable guest experiences, from warmly welcoming guests to recommending the perfect drink and ensuring a smooth stay.

You’ll join a lively, inclusive team with opportunities to grow and strengthen your skills, enjoying competitive pay and a range of employee benefits including pension contribution and brand discounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.

• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and issues are dealt with quickly and safely.

As Hotel Staff, you'll be key to our night time operations ensuring the hotel is supervised and being a point of call for our hotel guests and ensuring the pub and restaurant area's are clean and looking sharp ready for customers in the morning.
