Job summary

Thwaites is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities team at our hotel, spa and grounds. You’ll help keep the properties in exceptional condition and support the Head of Facilities in delivering a maintenance program within budget and timeframes.

You will be involved in plumbing, electrical works, decorating and routine light bulb changes, with flexibility to work 5 days out of 7 including some weekends and bank holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• IOSH or equivalent knowledge
• Health & Safety awareness
• Experience with pool plant is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Facilities to keep properties presented to a high standard
• Deliver a maintenance program within budget and deadlines
• Involve in plumbing, electrical, decorating and light bulb changes
