St Martins Lane Hotel is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the smooth operation of all building systems within the Covent Garden property. You will respond to both planned checks and reactive issues with precision and a guest-focused approach.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar role in hotels or high-end properties, with strong technical knowledge and a calm, proactive attitude. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and respond to reactive issues across the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Log and report issues, ensuring smooth handovers between shifts.
• Support the wider engineering team with projects and upgrades.
• Be a visible, helpful presence for guests and colleagues alike.
