Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance activities across hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance needs proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections and service requests.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff with minimal disruption.
