Bannatyne is hiring a Hotel Receptionist for Hotel Darlington. You will warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and provide local information to ensure a smooth stay.

The role requires excellent guest service, strong organizational skills, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. On-site hotel environment with guest-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out.
• Handle reservations, amendments, and cancellations using the booking system.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries and assist guests on-site.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Process payments and settle accounts at the front desk.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness.
