A well-established hotel chain in Central London is seeking a Front Desk / Front of House Hotel Receptionist to ensure a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include managing reservations, guest check-ins, and financial tasks. Candidates should have prior customer service experience and flexibility for various shifts. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Front Desk / Front of House Hotel Receptionist is required to deliver a consistently high level of customer service at the Reception Desk by dealing with all guests and potential clients in a courteous and efficient manner for a well-established hotel chain based in Central London.
Candidates will need to be available on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.
SALARY: Competitive

WORKING HOURS: 40-48 hours per week, morning, evening and/or night shifts including weekends – flexibility is required for both shifts with day/days off on rotation

Working as the Front Desk / Front of House Hotel Receptionist you will take all reservation enquiries by telephone, fax, email and in person in the absence of a Reservations Agent adhering to Company sales policies.
As the Front Desk / Front of House Hotel Receptionist you will answer customer enquiries politely and efficiently and where necessary seek help and information from other departments.
