About The Megaro Hotel

Born in March 2007, The Megaro Hotel is a 49-bedroom boutique hotel and part of the St Pancras Hotels group. It is a unique property that combines art, luxury, and exclusivity, and proudly holds the world’s largest external hotel mural, acknowledged by international artists.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team. Experience in a 5-star hotel is preferred but not essential. The role involves working on-site 5 days a week, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, calls, and emails, ensuring prompt communication with guests, and providing exceptional service.

Candidate Profile
  • Passionate, well-presented, and knowledgeable about 5-star service
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to keep the department well-briefed and communicate effectively
Responsibilities
  • Manage arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently at the highest customer service level
  • Be a system superuser, updating guest records and managing room rates
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, standards, and products
  • Be commercially and financially astute
  • Be flexible with working hours and duties
  • Maintain accurate guest records and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service and memorable experiences
