Job summary

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions
• Understand cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and the properties of cleaning materials
• Ensure all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, respecting their personal space and belongings
• Operate in line with housekeeping and laundry SOPs, maintaining hotel service standards
