Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
• Experience of cleaning laundry in a care home/public setting.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high-quality housekeeping/laundry service for residents.
• The ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and maintaining areas well.
• Ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect and their personal space is respected.
