Job summary

AG Hotels Group is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager for our 51-bedroom Crossway Hotel in Coventry. The role requires a dynamic leader to oversee daily operations, staff management, guest services, financial performance and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in hotel operations across FOH, F&B and Housekeeping, with a hands-on leadership style and strong MS Office skills. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and bank holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel operations experience across all departments – FOH, F&B and Housekeeping.
• Self-starter, multi-tasker and well organized.
• Hands-on leadership and driving results.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Collaborate with the Cluster General Manager on property issues including capital projects and refurbishment.
• Control costs across departments and analyze performance data to identify problems and take action.
• Meet budgets and KPIs; manage daily financial reconciliation and reporting.
