Whitbread's Premier Inn in Peterborough is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a hospitality Dream Team, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and brand standards. You’ll translate strategy into daily operations, mentor your team, and bring the hotel to consistently strong performances.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality management experience leading a team to success.
• Strong leadership with a passion for guest service.

• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to ensure outstanding service and brand compliance.
• Manage daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen to keep us as the UK’s number one.
• Understand the bigger picture to drive improvements and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations.
