Job summary

Premier Inn in Dunstable is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead the Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction across front of house and housekeeping. You will be the hotel leader, prioritising safety and delivering exceptional service in line with our brand standards.

As the hotel leader you will manage daily operations, including the bar and kitchen, and develop your team to sustain the UK’s number one position. We offer award-winning training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment where you led a team to success.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach to people and the ability to engender trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our front of house and housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards.
• Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK's number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and drive improvements and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and maintain high-quality standards.

Salary up to £30,000.
