Job summary

Premier Inn Reading South is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a hospitality Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for safeguarding guests and staff, developing the team, and delivering exceptional service in a high-volume hotel.

As the hotel leader, you’ll manage daily operations, inspire front of house and housekeeping teams, and identify opportunities to enhance performance while upholding the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent team management and communication with a warm, genuine approach to people.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and brand standards.
• Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one.
• Understand the bigger picture and drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel to maintain high-quality standards.
