Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Plymouth is seeking a proactive Hotel Manager to lead the hotel’s day-to-day operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee a vibrant team. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, uphold standards, and push the hotel towards Gold Green Tourism accreditation while delivering strong KPIs.

You will coach your management team, inspect facilities for safety, and collaborate with HR for engaging staff activities and local partnerships.
