Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Derby is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to direct the F&B department and run day-to-day operations. You will lead by example, be visible on the floor, and ensure the team delivers exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.

You will set KPIs, run regular team meetings, issue rotas in advance, and actively identify training opportunities to develop your team and the hotel’s service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food & beverage teams in hospitality.
• Strong customer service focus and guest satisfaction mindset.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and motivate teams.
