Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is seeking a Duty Manager to steer hotel operations and guest experience. You will lead a vibrant team, step in across departments, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality.

You’ll assist with interviews, coach new starters, and collaborate with HR on staffing and events, while managing early/late shifts and weekend work to keep the hotel running like clockwork.

Qualifications
