Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead operations at Carlisle Central. You will manage Front of House and Housekeeping teams, uphold brand standards and drive guest satisfaction across the hotel.

You’ll oversee daily operations, safety, and service quality, develop your team, and contribute to the UK's leading hotel brand's continued success with award-winning training and a strong bonus culture.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment where you led a team to success
