Job summary

Jubilee Catering Recruitment is assisting a high-profile hotel in Birmingham to appoint a Hotel Manager. Salary is around £60,000 to £65,000 negotiated on experience. Applicants should have senior hotel management experience in large operations and be currently working as Hotel Manager,

• Currently working as a Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or similar.
• Strong operational leadership with experience managing multiple departments and senior HODs.
• Experience within both branded and independent hotel environments would be beneficial.
