Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham is offering an 18-month Management Development Programme designed to fast-track aspiring hotel leaders through departmental rotations and hands-on experience under the guidance of a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager.

You'll gain exposure to hotel operations, a dedicated mentor and sponsor, and structured learning through regular development sessions, with the aim of securing a permanent management role at the end of the programme.

Qualifications

• A passion for genuine hospitality.
• A degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
• Flexibility on placement location to maximise learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 18-month rotational programme across hotel departments.
• Support operations teams while learning under a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager.
