Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or trade experience.
• Practical skills across general building maintenance.
• The ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Good communication and basic IT skills.
• A proactive approach and pride in your work.
• A full UK driving licence (maximum six penalty points).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs across the hotel.
• Conduct weekly compliance and safety checks.
• Handle basic plumbing, joinery, decorating, and building repairs.
• Manage grounds and external maintenance.
• Work with contractors where required.
• Log maintenance activity using our facilities management system.
