Accor UK Economy Hotels Limited, trading as Essendi UK, seeks a maintenance professional to implement and manage hotel maintenance programs, ensuring the sites are safe, functional and welcoming for guests and employees.

You will lead maintenance projects, diagnose faults, and coordinate with GMs and contractors to keep downtime to a minimum while complying with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Aufgaben

• Implement and manage maintenance programs across hotel properties.
• Oversee reactive and preventive maintenance to keep sites safe, functional and welcoming for guests and staff.
• Manage maintenance projects in line with Accor’s quality requirements.
• Diagnose breakdowns and organise timely repairs of equipment.
• Document breakdowns and root causes, implementing remedial actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safe working practices for staff, guests and visitors.
• Organise and supervise team members day-to-day tasks and provide instruction and support as needed.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with General Managers on maintenance budgets and hotel compliance.
• Liaise with GMs, Maintenance Managers and Cluster Managers.
• Supervise contractors on site to ensure legal and company requirements are met.
