Job summary

Premier Inn in Chichester is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests love. This permanent role offers guaranteed hours and a stable schedule.

You’ll work 22 contracted hours per week with evenings and weekends; no hotel experience required. You’ll join a friendly team and receive training from day one, with opportunities to learn and grow within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• You don’t need hotel experience.
• Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants.
• If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
