Job summary

Premier Inn in Tewkesbury is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member for a permanent role with 12 contracted hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour. You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests enjoy during their stay, from breakfast prep to busy dinner service.

You'll learn on the job with training and support from day one. Responsibilities include ingredient prep, cooking, plating, stock control, deliveries and close collaboration with hotel staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience is required; some applicants come from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service roles.
• If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right
