Premier Inn in Newport is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join its busy kitchen. You’ll help prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes that guests remember for the right reasons, from breakfast to dinner, and ensure every plate is appealing.

This permanent, 20-hour-per-week role includes evening and weekend shifts at Stafford Road, Newport, with guaranteed hours, on‑the‑job training and a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required.
• Willing to learn; full training provided.
• Evening and weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and store stock correctly.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Help ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
