Job summary

Whitbread PLC’s Premier Inn Hastings Town Centre is recruiting a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals that guests rely on during their stay.

This permanent role offers 18 contracted hours per week, with pay up to £13.06 per hour, and includes shifts that cover evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

No hotel experience is required; we’ll train you and you’ll work as part of a team, learning kitchen basics and how to deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and keep stock where it should be.
• Work closely with the hotel team so service runs smoothly.
• Help make sure every meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
