You will prepare, cook and plate meals for guests, support deliveries and stock, and work evenings and weekends as part of a team. No prior kitchen experience is required; we welcome reliable teammates who enjoy helping guests and staying calm during busy periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush
• Receive deliveries and manage stock
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service
• Make sure meals leave the kitchen looking right
