Job summary

Whitbread is hiring a Kitchen Team Member for Stirling South Premier Inn. This role involves preparing, cooking and serving meals that contribute to guests’ stays.

You’ll work in a busy kitchen, including breakfast and dinner shifts, and join a team focused on delivering quality meals to guests. The position offers 30 contracted hours per week under a fixed-term contract until 31/12/2026, with evening and weekend shifts.

We're currently recruiting in our Stirling South (M9. J9) Premier Inn. Working 30 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Fixed-term contract until 31/12/2026 – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 30 contracted hours per week.

Location: Stirling South (M9. J9) Premier Inn - Whins of Milton, Glasgow Road, Stirling, Scotland, FK7 8EX

Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

This isn't a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You Don’t Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You Might Have Worked As a

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you’re reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
