Job summary

Premier Inn Inverness East is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. This permanent role offers up to 30 contracted hours per week and pay up to £13.06 per hour, with shifts including evenings and weekends at Inverness IV2 3BW.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, keep the kitchen clean and organised, receive deliveries and help meals leave the kitchen looking right.

Qualifications

• Some of our Kitchen Team Members joined from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service roles.
• If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
• What matters most is that you’re reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.

We’re currently recruiting in our Inverness East Premier Inn. Working up to 30 hours per week, paying up to £13.06 per hour.

Kitchen Team Member – Inverness East Premier Inn

This Isn’t Just About Cooking.

You’ll help prepare, cook and serve meals that become part of someone’s stay at Premier Inn because a good meal can make a great stay even better.

One minute you could be preparing breakfast before guests wake up. The next you’ll be helping the team through a busy dinner service.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to 13.06 per hour
Contract: Permanent – we don’t do zero-hours contracts.
Hours: up to 30 contracted hours per week.
Location: Inverness East Premier Inn, Beechwood Park & Sir Walter Scott Drive, Inverness IV2 3BW
Shifts: Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What You’ll Do

As a Kitchen Team Member you’ll help make sure every guest gets a meal they’ll enjoy. You’ll:

• Prepare ingredients before service starts

This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You’ll be part of a team that’s working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You Don’t Need Hotel Experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you’re willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

You Might Have Worked As a

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you’re reliable, enjoy working with others and don’t mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
