Job summary

Premier Inn Milton Keynes (Willen Lake) is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for hotel guests. You will work on breakfast and dinner service, with shifts including evenings and weekends, on a fixed-term contract for 16 hours per week.

No prior hotel experience is required; full training will be provided. You will join a supportive team within Premier Inn, with opportunities to learn and progress.

Kitchen Team Member - Milton Keynes (Willen Lake) Premier Inn

This isn't just about cooking.

Pay, hours and location

Pay: Up to £13.06 per hour

Contract: Fixed-term until 28/01/2027 - we don't do zero-hours contracts.

Hours: 16 contracted hours per week.

Location: Milton Keynes (Willen Lake) Premier Inn - V10 Brickhill Street, Milton Keynes, Bucks, MK15 0DS

Shifts:Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods.

What you'll do

As a Kitchen Team Member you'll help make sure every guest gets a meal they'll enjoy. You'll:

This isn't a role where you'll spend your shift hidden in the back washing up.

You'll be part of a team that's working together to deliver the meals our guests rely on.

You don't need hotel experience

Some of our best Kitchen Team Members joined us from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses and customer service jobs.

If you're willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

You might have worked as a:

• Catering Assistant
• Barista
• Kitchen Porter
• Retail Assistant
• Warehouse Operative

This could be your first kitchen job or you may have worked in hospitality before.

What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with others and don't mind rolling your sleeves up when things get busy.
