Join our team at Premier Inn Gloucester (Quayside) as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. You will manage daily kitchen operations, including rotas, food orders, leading during busy services, and maintaining audit standards. Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, focusing on food quality and hygiene. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aiming to develop into a Head Chef.
PAY RATE: Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS: 30 hours per week – guaranteed hours to help plan your schedule
LOCATION: Premier Inn Gloucester (Quayside), Bakers Quay, St Ann Way, Gloucester GL1 5BQ

What you’ll do:
• Manage food ordering, stock control, and food costs for the hotel.
• Lead during service, organizing the team and managing workflow.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to standard, including breakfast and pub classics.
• Ensure the kitchen meets health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintaining training and records.
• Step up when needed, running shifts and supporting new team members.
