Saracen Care is seeking compassionate individuals for the role of Team Leader to support people with learning disabilities and autism. The position involves empowering clients in their daily living and managing a small support team to ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate will undertake training before starting and is expected to follow company policies to encourage independence in supported individuals.
At Saracen Care, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Leaders. In this role, you will be enabling people with a learning disability or autism to “live their best life” – empowering people with their daily living skills and accessing the community; reaching their goals and realising their aspirations.
This role is to support the Care Manager and staff team in the day-to-day operations and to work as a proactive and effective member of the team, continuously striving towards the best possible outcomes for the people we support. The Team Leader will ensure the administrative and care needs of the people we support are met and monitor, mentor and guide the support team in accordance with regulatory and organisational policies and procedures. The Team Leader will perform care management duties and care and support duties and be based primarily in the community with office working as directed.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Pay: £14.30 per hour
