Whitbread’s Burton On Trent East Premier Inn seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to drive day-to-day kitchen operations. You will manage rotas, place food orders, and lead the team through busy services, all while ensuring audit-ready hygiene and quality.

You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager and own the kitchen from food quality to safety. This hands-on leadership role offers a clear path to Head Chef, with a focus on cost control, staff training, and developing a strong, compliant kitchen team

We're currently recruiting in our Burton On Trent East Premier Inn. Working 30 hours per week, paying up to £14.31 per hour.

Kitchen Team Leader – Burton On Trent East Premier Inn

Join our team at Burton On Trent East Premier Inn as a Kitchen Team Leader and move your Chef career forward. You’ll run the kitchen day to day – managing rotas, placing food orders, leading the team through busy services, and keeping everything audit-ready. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen – from food quality to hygiene. It’s a hands‑on leadership role that’s perfect for anyone ready to build the skills to become a Head Chef.
