Job summary

Premier Inn Petersfield is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and serve meals for guests. You’ll work across breakfast and dinner, with 20 contracted hours weekly at Petersfield Premier Inn, Winchester Rd, Petersfield GU32 3BS.

This permanent role includes evenings and weekends and a supportive team environment. Past experience in hotel kitchens isn’t required; training is provided and progression opportunities across Premier Inn are available.

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and take on tasks as needed.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure meals leave the kitchen looking right.
