Omni Facilities Management Limited is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and supervise housekeeping teams across hotel environments. The role includes overseeing room cleaning, public areas, linen management and staff coverage, with a focus on maintaining hotel standards.

Candidate should have prior supervisory experience, strong organizational skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor. The position offers a permanent contract with opportunities for progression within a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Floor Supervisor.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and carry out various housekeeping duties including room cleaning, public area cleaning, linen management and supervision.
• Check each room daily on the assigned floor to ensure it is cleaned, stocked and presented to standard.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
• Cover the Head Housekeeper when they are on days off.
