Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking Hotel Staff to join our welcoming front-of-house team at Kings Head (Masham). You’ll greet guests, check-in rooms, answer calls and help guests enjoy a memorable stay with warm, attentive service.

You’ll work in a fun, inclusive team, learn new skills, and contribute to a safe, clean front of house while delivering great hospitality across our pub brands.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Job Description

As Hotel Staff, you’ll be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers, whether you’re checking in a guest or recommending the perfect drink to a customer after a long day, you’ll keep the good times flowing. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

As a Hotel Staff, you will...
