Job Description

As our Maintenance Handy Person, you will be responsible for:

1. Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and in excellent condition.
2. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
3. Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks to minimize breakdowns.
4. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Technical skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel.
