Job summary

HotelCare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Floor Supervisor for its busy housekeeping department, working with a team to maintain high cleanliness standards across guest and hotel areas.

You will organise staff rotas, support the Head Housekeeper, and help train the team while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and meeting daily targets. This role offers on-site training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
