Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is hiring a Finance Assistant at Holiday Inn Gloucester - Cheltenham to be the key onsite financial contact for hotel teams, supporting reporting, audits and daily financial operations.

The role collaborates with hotel management and the central finance team to maintain accuracy and compliance, with responsibilities including cash reconciliations, KPI reporting and data provision for monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with both management and hotel teams.
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of hotel financial controls and audits is a plus.
• Familiarity with SUN, PMS, EPSYS, EPS, and EPOS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial information to management accountants and regional controller.
• Support hotel GMs and department teams with financial guidance.
• Process daily cash and card reconciliations and ensure compliance.
• Audit hotel accounts and adherence to procedures.
• Deliver weekly and monthly EPS payroll analyses.
• Collaborate with shared service to provide timely financial data.
