• Providing a reactive maintenance service to guestrooms and guest requests.
• Assistance in providing a proactive maintenance service to guestrooms.
• Ensuring appearance of hotel areas is maintained.
• High standard of maintenance to general areas of the hotel.
• Overseeing the operation of the Building Management System.
• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance activities.
