Job summary

Park Plaza County Hall is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to oversee the engineering team, drive maintenance, audits and facilities management to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will lead, prioritise and optimise engineering tasks to keep our hotel running smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Senior Assistant Engineer or Engineering Supervisor in hotels, with strong communication and organisational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience as a Senior Assistant Engineer or Engineering Supervisor/Team Leader in a hotel or similar setting.
• PPM Knowledge.
• Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Positive attitude, ownership and attention to detail.
