Premier Inn Trowbridge is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a reliable, high-performing team and ensure our famous hotel experience is welcoming, safe, and brilliant.

If you’ve led a team in retail or similar roles, this position is the next step in management and offers immediate start with a fixed-term contract until 28th September 2026. 24 hours per week, location in Trowbridge, BA14 8AH.

Duty Manager - Premier Inn Trowbridge - Hotel

If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, then this role is perfect as your next step in management.

We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.

Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.

PAY RATE: Up to £13.86 per hour

Fixed Term Contract until 28th September 2026 – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 24 hours per week

LOCATION: St Stephens Place,Trowbridge, BA14 8AH
