Job summary

Aldwark Manor Estate is a privately owned hotel with spa and leisure facilities nestled between York and Harrogate. The role of Hotel Nights Cleaner is based on site at Aldwark Manor Estate and offers either full-time or flexible hours with a salary of £13 per hour.

The successful candidate will maintain high standards of hygiene and tidiness across spa and public areas, following cleaning schedules and ensuring products are stocked and ready for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• To meet cleaning schedules of all Spa and Leisure facilities included on Standard operating produces
• Keep on top of Spa laundry levels
• Reporting of maintenance issues to Head of Spa and Leisure
• Remove any litter from the Spa and dispose of in the correct way
• Ensure all product within the facilities are filled with the correct products
• Ability to jump into tasks and work independently
• To always maintain personal hygiene standards.

Aldwark Manor Estate is a privately owned Hotel with Golf nestled in a picturesque village between York and Harrogate. Set in 200 acres of beautiful countryside, this luxury Hotel provides a complete escape for both business and leisure guests and is a popular venue for weddings.

In recent years, the hotel has undergone significant investment and renovation, transforming the bedrooms, restaurant, residents’ lounge, sports bar and all public areas to deliver a refined and contemporary guest experience.

December 2025 marked the completion and opening of the new Salus Spa facilities, further enhancing the estate’s luxury leisure offering. The next phase of development will see the addition of new bedrooms, expanded event spaces and additional treatment rooms, all scheduled to open later this year.

Main purpose of the role:

To ensure that the Spa & Leisure and public areas areas are kept to the highest level of standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness.
