The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead and support the Engineering Department on-site under the General Manager. This role involves taking ownership of engineering operations and contributing to hotel-wide projects using your expertise to maintain high standards of repair and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in engineering and maintenance activities, installing, repairing, and operating machinery to company standards.
• Participate in a planned maintenance regime across main plant, public areas and guest bedrooms daily.
• Update record sheets and logs resulting from planned preventive maintenance.
• Be conversant with asbestos, health and safety statutory requirements.
• Familiar with ISO 14001 and 18001 policies and procedures.
• Prepare energy management programme with energy reduction objectives.
• Provide proactive and reactive maintenance cover and assist other team members during emergencies.
